Exercise 2:
I find this mans voice very relaxing, and the single note music very calming. By listening to his voice and using imagery I was able to relax myself enough to where I almost fell asleep. (wouldn't have anything to do with working doubles this weekend! :) ) I loved this guided mental imagery in my last health and wellness class. It gives you five minutes of piece and quite to yourself. I try and do this myself every night before I go to bed, and I find that I sleep more soundly and wake up more refreshed. I hope we have one every week!

If you liked last weeks, you will love this weeks. I looked ahead as it is technically the next day for me now. I found the exercise for us this time was better. His voice has an almost hypnotic affect with me. I also found a thing with my media player that i can have psychodelic kind of light show while i am listening to him. It gave me something to focus on besides the night sounds of our house.
